Shipping Policy

Domestic & International Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout for your location, you'll have a few options to choose based on how quickly you’d like to receive your item. Please note that the products at Aleaure are fulfilled by various vendors and not all will ship at the same time or arrive in the same package.

Processing Orders: All products are made once an order is placed. Please allow 2-6 weeks for arrival.. During peak season such as the holidays your order may take longer due to volume and backorder.

Our Guarantee: At Aleaure, we care about making you happy with your purchases and stand behind our work. If you are not happy for any reason we will fix it! Please reach out to us at info@aleaure.com with your issue and we will address it immediately.

Returns & Refunds: Aleaure’s ultimate goal is to stand behind our products while making our customers happy. We want our customers to be satisfied with our response to their needs. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers by dealing with them fairly and reasonably.

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please contact our Customer Care department at info@aleaure.com to initiate the return process. Our return and exchange policy is:

Returned items must be unworn and unused.
Discounted items sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with shipping damage.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with shipping damage.
